How to order?

Add to cart the items you like to order, then checkout. Pay via BPI, GCash and Maya. No COD available. Upload your proof of payment on your order confirmation page — the link is in your confirmation email — or email it to skitbooksphils@gmail.com using your Order Number as the subject. Please settle payment within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of your order.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders in 2–3 business days. Backordered items and custom covers may take 3–5 additional days to be fulfilled. We ship via LBC (1–2 days for Metro Manila and nearby areas; 2–7 days for provincial areas).

What does backorder mean?

It means we have no current stock available so it may take an additional 3–5 days of wait time before the item gets restocked.

Do you have same day delivery?

If an item is in stock, it is possible to have it picked up by Grab/Lalamove. Send us an email first at skitbooksphils@gmail.com to double check if an item is in stock and can be picked up the same day. At checkout, fill in your delivery address first — once your province is Metro Manila or a nearby area, a free Pickup (Visayas Ave, QC) option appears in place of the shipping rate. Choose it, and mention in the order notes that you want same-day pickup. Pay for your order and wait for us to provide you with the pickup details. Pickup location is the Visayas Ave, QC area.

Can I have a book customized?

You can have a book cover customized (₱100 to add a name, ₱150 to use your own image) but not the pages. Not all book covers can be customized though. You may email us at skitbooksphils@gmail.com to check if a book cover can be customized.

Do you ship outside of Manila?

Yes, we ship nationwide, but not internationally.
