Each SKITBOOKS journal is printed and hand-bound when you order it — no warehouse copies, every book fresh off the press. Printing and binding takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking.

Less answers both. The home inventory tells you where to start. The zone pages tell you what to do when you get there, and the sort log tells you what to do with the pile you pull out: keep it, donate it, sell it, or let it go. You don't have to design the method. The method is the book.
It works in three phases, from understanding why you keep things, through a ten-zone clear-out, to habits that keep the house from filling back up. Along the way, thirty session logs and thirty "What Left Today" logs count the bags leaving, and six "Keeping on Purpose" pages hold the things that earned their space.
